About Bolstr:
Bolstr is a new marketplace where individuals and patrons can invest in, and support the local small businesses that make their neighborhoods home. We have created an innovative platform where small businesses can crowdfund investments from individuals in their community.
Location:
- You are located in Chicago, IL, or Tampa Bay, FL.
- You will be working in and around your local small business community.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Identify and call or visit local businesses to drive new client acquisition.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to meeting and closing.
- Be a key player and contributor to the direction of a new and growing sales team.
- Be the ultimate closer; crush sales targets on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- In this position you will be selling all day, every day!
About You:
- You are someone who wants to get into sales and maybe even has some experience.
- You are coachable, flexible and self-motivated; you can hit the ground running, and your drive to succeed is off the charts!
- You’ve always thought that sales would be something you would be good at and wanted to try.
- You are an excellent communicator with professional phone skills, and superb interpersonal skills.
- You are an achiever: if you participated in competitive sports, the Greek system, or school government, we want to hear from you.
- You are an incredibly enthusiastic person and interested in working with small businesses.
- You are a winner! You are able to improvise to ensure that you succeed!
